Yes, you can use it on both.
For over foundation, it blends beautifully. Just try to keep the applicator clean so foundation doesn't get back into the container. This can change its appearance. It's still safe to use and won't change function. For extra cleanliness, you can apply it using a blush brush or your fingertips.
On bare skin, Just apply it to clean, dry skin for the softest, most natural glow.
Yes, you can use it on your lips, but we don’t recommend applying it directly with the applicator, as saliva can alter the color inside the container. If you'd like to use it this way, apply with a separate lip brush or disposable applicator instead.
Keep it in a cool, dry place
away from direct sunlight and humidity. Bathrooms without ventilation or very
warm areas may cause slight color changes in the tube, which is still safe to
use, but best avoided to keep the formula looking its best.
